Calibration Steps and Calibration Types:
For each calibration Type, the following tables (Table 3-8, Table 3-9, and Table 3-10) list the
allowable calibration steps and port_no to be used in command
[:SENSe]:CORRection:COLLect[:ACQUire] <cal steps>,<port_no>. The
calibration steps are different for each calibration Method, and the port_no is different for
each calibration Type. For example, for calibration Type RFP1 and calibration Method SOLT,
the allowable <cal steps>,<port_no> settings are “OPEN,1”, “SHORT,1”, and
“LOAD,1”. The steps that are not allowed are indicated by “—”.
