General Description
Use this Memory Block to assign the extension number of each AA message.
Display
Programming Procedures
1 Go off-line.
2 Press LK1 + LK4 +
BAto access the Memory Block.
3 Use the dial pad to enter data.
Note: Use the following to enter data:
A~H to enter Automated Attendant message number
KK~II,
KKK~III,
KKKK~IIII
(Depends what length the extension number has been assigned in HB1-2-03.)
Default Values
Not assigned.
4 Press
Nto write the data, and advance to the next A.A.No.
5 After the last entry, press
Nto write the data.
6 Press
Pto go back on-line.

1. Extension number should not be the same as the physical extension, CAR, ACD/UCD/SCD pilot number.
