Synchrophasor Relay Word Bits
Figure I.6 UDP_S Connection
PMOIPA1 and PMOIPA2
Defines the PMU Output Client IP address for Session 1 and Session 2,
respectively.
PMOTCP1 and PMOTCP2
Defines the TCP/IP (Local) port number for Session 1 and Session 2,
respectively. The TCP port numbers must all be unique (See Tabl e M. 1).
PMOUDP1 and
PMOUDP2
Defines the UDP/IP (Remote) port number for Session 1 and Session 2,
respectively. The UDP port numbers must all be unique (See Table M .1).
Synchrophasor Relay Word Bits
Table I.7 and Table I.8 list the SEL-751 Relay Word bits that are related to
synchrophasor measurement. The Synchrophasor Trigger Relay Word bits in
Table I.7 follow the state of the SEL
OGIC control equations of the same name,
listed at the bottom of Table I.1. These Relay Word bits are included in the
IEEE C37.118 synchrophasor data frame STAT field. See Tabl e I. 4 for
standard definitions for these settings.
The time synchronization Relay Word bits in Table I.8 indicate the present
status of the timekeeping function of the SEL-751.
