code ported to 4.3.5.
• Supports Alcatel-Lucent IPsec Client version 10.0.
• Uses RADIUS to authenticate Alcatel-Lucent IPsec Client.
• Supports wild card peer address on IPsec server side.
• Supports one IPsec client profile on one interface.
