Title: IF bandwidth coupling
Description: Sets the state of the coupling of the IF bandwidth to the span. Setting
the value to 1 will result in the IF bandwidth being coupled to the span.
That is, when the span changes, the IF bandwidth changes. Setting the
value to 0 will result in the IF bandwidth being un-coupled from the
span. That is, changing the span will not change the IF bandwidth.
Parameter: 0|1
