Print-Quality Troubleshooting
IQ-4 SLED Transfer Cycle Stripes
Cyclical matte stripes or black stripes appear in the process direction. The pitch
changes depending on the process speed.
Cause
• Poor connection of Flat Cable between the MCU and the LPH.
Initial Actions
• Check the paper transfer path.
• Ensure there are no debris on the transfer path.
Note
Do not replace the LED Print Head without consideration.
