Error Messages and Codes
MK_Panel_NG
Communication error between IM and MK (when receiving Pitch Check, the
corresponding Panel Build is not received).
Applicable Chain-Link Code
• 045-321: MK_Panel_NG
Initial Actions
• Power cycle the printer.
• If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.
1. Turn the power Off and On.
2. Restore NVRAM. If the problem persists, replace the MCU PWB (REP 18.12,
page 8-202).
