Syntax

— Saves the current dynamic MAC addresses associated with the port and disables learning,
relearning and aging.
•
max-addresses
— Deletes the current dynamic MAC addresses associated with the port and learns
up to the maximum number addresses allowed on the port. Relearning and aging are enabled.
Default Configuration
This setting is disabled.

Interface Configuration (Ethernet, port-channel) mode.
User Guidelines
There are no user guidelines for this command.
Example
In this example, port security mode is set to dynamic for Ethernet interface 1/7.
port security max
The port security mode Interface Configuration (Ethernet, port-channel) mode command configures
the maximum addresses that can be learned on the port while the port is in port security max-addresses
mode. Use the no form of this command to restore the default configuration.

— Maximum number of addresses that can be learned on the port. Range is 1-128

This default configuration is 1.
