User Guidelines
• The
sntp Broadcast client enable
Interface Configuration mode command enables the device to
receive Broadcast transmissions globally and on ALL interfaces.
• Use the
sntp client enable
Interface Configuration mode command to enable the SNTP client on a
specific interface.
Examples
The following example enables the SNTP Broadcast clients.
sntp anycast client enable
The sntp anycast client enable Global Configuration mode command enables Anycast client. Use the no
form of this command to disable the polling for SNTP Broadcast client.
Syntax
• sntp anycast client enable
• no sntp anycast client enable
This command has no arguments or keywords.
Default Configuration
SNTP Anycast clients d
isabled.
Command Mode
Global Configuration mode.
User Guidelines
• Polling time is determined by the
sntp client poll timer
Global Configuration mode command.
• Use the
sntp client enable
Interface Configuration mode command to enable the SNTP client on a
specific interface.
Examples
The following example enables Anycast clients.
