lldp enable (global)
The lldp enable Global Configuration mode command enables Link Layer Discovery Protocol
(LLDP). Use the no form of this command to disable LLD.
Syntax
• lldp enable
•no lldp enable
Default Configuration
LLDP is enabled.
Command Mode
Global Configuration mode.

• There are no guidelines for this command.
Example
The following example enables Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) .
lldp enable (interface)
The lldp enable Interface Configuration mode command enables Link Layer Discovery Protocol
(LLDP) on an interface. Use the no form of this command to disable LLDP on an interface.
