Parameters

Specifies the delay in seconds between successive LLDP frame transmissions initiated
by value/status changes in the LLDP local systems MIB. (Range 1 - 8192 seconds)
Default Configuration
The default value is 2 seconds.
Command Modes
Global Configuration mode.
Usage Guidelines
• It is recommended that the TxDelay would be less than 0.25 of the LLDP timer interval.
Examples
The following example specifies the delay between successive LLDP frame transmissions initiated by
value/status changes in the LLDP local systems MIB to 10 seconds.
lldp optional-tlv
The lldp optional-tlv Interface Configuration mode command specifies which optional TLVs from the
basic set should be transmitted. Use the no form of this command to revert to the default setting.

Specifies TLV that should be included. Available optional TLVs are:
port-desc, sys-name,
sys-desc, sys-cap, 802.3-mac-phy.
