Explanation A service could not be spawned.

Error Message SYSMGR-3-FAILED_PFM_HANDSHAKE: PFM-handshake from service [chars]
failed (error-id [hex]).
Explanation The Platform Manager handshake has failed. The system cannot proceed with the
initialization.
