ETHPORT Messages
Error Message ETHPORT-2-IF_DOWN_ERROR_DISABLED: Interface [chars] is down (Error
disabled. Reason:[chars])
Explanation The system has detected that the interface has has detected an error during the
configuration.
Recommended Action Collect more information about the failed interface using the command 'show
port internal all interface [char]'. In most cases, you can recover using a 'shutdown' followed a 'no
shutdown' on the interface or remove and reinsert the fiber optic cable.
Error Message ETHPORT-2-IF_SEQ_ERROR: Error ([chars]) while communicating with
component [chars] for opcode [chars] ([chars])
Explanation A component has system error as a response to a port event sequence.
