Description: Display and BICO output for the status of the current setpoint.
Description: Sets the load profile.
If value = 0:
Short time current = base load current = rated device current
If value = 1:
Short time current = base load current = p55081 * rated device current
In this operating mode, at low ambient temperatures, an increased current is continuously permitted. However, the
temperature-dependent derating already starts at a lower ambient temperature than for operation without increased
current.
If value = 2:
Short time current = 150 % * base load current
If value = 3:
Short time current = 160 % * base load current
Value: 0: No overload
1: Increased current
2: Low overload
3: High overload
Description: Sets the permissible current increase for the load profile "increased current" (p55080 = 1).
Description: Display and connector output for various calculated temperatures.
Index: [0] = Barrier layer temperature at IGBT T1A
[1] = Barrier layer temperature at IGBT T1B
[2] = Barrier layer temperature at IGBT T2A
