Hardware Event Condition Register (:HWERegister:CONDition)
This register hosts the PLL LOCKED bit (bit 12).
• The :HWERegister:CONDition? query returns the value of the Hardware
Event Condition Register.
• The PLL LOCKED bit (bit 12) is for internal use and is not intended for
general use.
