Mask Test Event Event Register.
Name Location Description
Complete bit 0 Is set when the mask test is complete.
Fail bit 1 Is set when there is a mask test failure.
Started bit 8 Is set when mask testing is started.
Auto Mask bit 10 Is set when auto mask creation is completed.
