(4) Tightly wind one more layer of the tape around the forward end of the transition barrel of the first
terminal lug. Refer to Figure 27.
(5) Wind a length of the tape around the insulation sleeve of the second terminal lug one tape width
from the forward end of the insulation sleeve at the rear end of the tongue of the lug. Refer to
Figure 28.
