(7) Apply the minimum pressure necessary to close the handles of the crimp tool to hold the end cap
in position.
CAUTION
DO NOT APPLY MORE THAN THE NECESSARY PRESSURE TO HOLD THE
CAP IN POSITION. DAMAGE TO THE END CAP CAN OCCUR.
(8) Put the end cap on the wire.
Make sure that the end of the wire is against the closed end of the end cap.
(9) Crimp the end cap.
(10) Remove the remaining sealant.
(11) Hold the wire tight and lightly pull the end cap.
(12) If the end cap does not stay on the end of the wire, do Step 3.A.(5) through Step 3.A.(11) again.
