DR059 - Resolve FC I/O Blade Memory Error
This DR provides customer resolution steps for T099 on page 300.
Problem: A problem with onboard FC I/O blade memory has been detected.
1 Check that the FC I/O blade is installed properly. It should not be loose, and it should be powered up.
2 If it is not installed properly, remove and reinsert the FC I/O blade.
3 If the problem still persists, contact Service for further assistance in resolving the issue.
4 You have three options:
a. Select Close to close the ticket now.
b. Select Exit to leave the ticket open for future troubleshooting.
c. Select Back to return to the Diagnostic Resolution.
DR060 - Resolve FC I/O Blade Watchdog Reboot
This DR provides customer resolution steps for T100 on page 301.
Problem: The FC I/O blade firmware encountered a problem that caused it to reboot unexpectedly.
1 Check that the FC I/O blade is installed properly. It should not be loose, and it should be powered up.
2 If not installed properly, remove and reinsert the FC I/O blade.
3 If the problem still persists, contact Service for further assistance in resolving the issue.

DR061 - Resolve FC I/O Blade Host Check
This DR provides customer resolution steps for T101 on page 302.
Problem: The FC I/O blade has detected that its connection with a host has failed.
1 Ensure that the host is turned on and is running correctly.
2 Ensure that the fiber cables are properly connected to both the host and the FC I/O blade.
3 Check the fiber cable for any damage or debris in the connectors.
4 Reset the port on the FC I/O blade via the local or remote user interface.
5 If the problem still persists, contact Service for further assistance in resolving the issue.
