4 You have three options:
a. Select Close to close the ticket now.
b. Select Exit to leave the ticket open for future troubleshooting.
c. Select Back to return to the Diagnostic Resolution.
DR073 - Resolve FC I/O Blade Voltage Alarm
This DR provides customer resolution steps for T113 on page 313.
Problem: An FC I/O blade has detected a voltage problem that has exceeded normal operating limits.
1 Check the ticket details for the location of the FC I/O Blade.
2 Close this ticket, and monitor for recurrence.
3 Check whether other power-related tickets have been generated:
a. If there are other active tickets that alert of a voltage problem with library components, the
problem lies with the power supply to the library. Contact Service for assistance with a possible
Power Supply replacement.
b. If there are no other tickets alerting of voltage problems, the problem lies with the FC I/O Blade
itself. If the issue is affecting operation and is recurring, contact Service for assistance with a
possible FC I/O Blade replacement.
4 You have three options:

DR074 - Resolve Unassigned Inaccessible Tape Cartridge
This DR provides customer resolution steps for T114 on page 314.
Problem: At least one tape cartridge has been detected in a slot that is not assigned to any partition, and is
therefore not accessible by any host application.
1 Display the library configuration by selecting Reports > Library Configuration.
2 Make note of the location of any tape cartridges present in slots that are not assigned to a partition.
3 Open the main library door and manually remove these tape cartridges. If desired, import them back
into the library.

c. Select Back to return to the Diagnostic Resolution.
DR075 - Resolve Installation & Verification Test Warning
This DR provides customer resolution steps for T115 on page 315.
Problem: The Installation & Verification Test returned a result indicating that one of the tests was not
successful. The library is still functional and can be used normally; however, this may be an indication of a
developing problem.
