DR066 - Resolve FC I/O Blade Fan Alert
This DR provides customer resolution steps for T106 on page 307.
Problem: The FC I/O blade has detected a problem with its fan blade fan speed.
1 Ensure that the fan blade is properly installed.
2 If no problem is found, contact Service for further assistance in resolving the issue.
3 You have three options:
a. Select Close to close the ticket now.
b. Select Exit to leave the ticket open for future troubleshooting.
c. Select Back to return to the Diagnostic Resolution.
DR067 - Resolve FC I/O Blade Auto-Level Failure
This DR provides customer resolution steps for T107 on page 308.
Problem: The FC I/O blade failed to auto-level its firmware image.
1 Check that the FC I/O blade is installed properly. Make sure it is fully inserted and powered up, as
indicated by the green LED on the back of the FC I/O blade.
2 If no issue is found, close the ticket and reload the library firmware image.
3 If the problem persists, contact Service for further assistance in resolving the issue.
4 You have three options:
a. Select Close to close the ticket now.
b. Select Exit to leave the ticket open for future troubleshooting.
c. Select Back to return to the Diagnostic Resolution.
DR068 - Resolve Incompatible Drive Brand
This DR provides customer resolution steps for T108 on page 309.
Problem: The installed drive sled reports a drive sled brand that is not compatible with the library brand. The
drive sled appears to be programmed for a different library product.
1 View the ticket details to determine the drive location of the compatible drive sled.
2 Remove the incompatible drive sled from the library.
3 Determine how an incorrect drive sled brand could have been obtained, and then either obtain and
install a drive sled that is compatible with the library brand, or contact Service for assistance.
4 You have three options:
a. Select Close to close the ticket now.
b. Select Exit to leave the ticket open for future troubleshooting.
c. Select Back to return to the Diagnostic Resolution.
DR069 - Resolve Tape Drive Firmware Update Failure
This DR provides customer resolution steps for T109 on page 310.
Problem: An attempt to update the firmware of a drive was not successful.
