DR083 - Resolve Drive Voltage Problem
This DR provides customer resolution steps for T055 on page 251.
Problem: A tape drive detected a voltage problem. This problem may occur when another drive is being
activated.
1 Close this ticket, then remove and reinsert the drive sled to clear the fault.
2 If this ticket reoccurs, ensure that the facility AC power cable is secured to the power supplies. Ensure
that no fault condition is indicated on the power supplies' LEDs. If a fault is present, contact Service for
possible power supply replacement.
3 If no power supply faults are indicated, and this ticket has reoccurred against the same drive, contact
Service for possible drive sled replacement.
4 You have three options:
a. Select Close to close the ticket now.
b. Select Exit to leave the ticket open for future troubleshooting.
c. Select Back to return to the Diagnostic Resolution.
DR084 - Resolve Robotics Firmware Image Error
This DR provides customer resolution steps for T116 on page 316.
Problem: The normal robotics firmware auto-level process was not attempted. This problem is caused by a
missing or corrupt robotics firmware image file.
1 Close this ticket, and then perform a library firmware upgrade to the current firmware revision.
2 If this ticket reoccurs following the library firmware upgrade operation, contact Service for additional
help with resolving this issue.
3 You have three options:
a. Select Close to close the ticket now.
