3 You have three options:

RR016 - Remove and Replace Incompatible Robot
This DR provides customer resolution steps for T128 on page 327.
Problem: The library firmware has detected that an incompatible robot has been installed. This problem
occurs when a robot assembly has been replaced with an incorrect type.
1 Replace the installed robot assembly with the required, originally installed, robot assembly model type.
2 You have three options:
a. Select Close to close the ticket now.
b. Select Exit to leave the ticket open for future troubleshooting.
c. Select Back to return to the Diagnostic Resolution.
RR017 - Remove and Replace Un-calibrated Picker
This RR provides resolution steps for T141 on page 340.
Problem: The library is unable to read the picker calibration offsets from the EEPROM/FLASH location.
1 Close this ticket and open/close the main door to have the library attempt another calibration.
2 If the problem still persists, contact Service to arrange for a replacement of the Picker Assembly.
3 You have three options:

RR018 - Remove and Replace Robotics Y-Carriage Assembly

gear.
1 Contact Service to arrange for the replacement of the Y-carriage assembly of the robot assembly.
