IMPORTANT! Before linking a plate, check consumables status (see “Check consumables status” on
page 66). Ensure that the remaining number of injections and consumables volumes are sucient for
the plates you are preparing to run.
Note: If you ar
e signed in to the instrument with a cloud profile, voice commands can be used to link a
plate file and start a run. See Chapter 9, “Use the instrument with Thermo Fisher
™
Connect” and “Use
voice commands” on page 231.
Before you select a plate file, load the associat
ed plate into the instrument. See “Load a plate into the
instrument” on page 136.
