The EPT view (Electr
oPhoresis Telemetry) shows instrument data conditions (current, temperatures,
electrophoresis voltage) as a function of time.
This EPT plot is useful for troubleshooting problems with specific runs.

Tap a well, tap View, then tap the Raw tab.

Check size standard quality (fragment analysis)
This procedure describes how to check the size standard quality in the instrument software.

Tap a fragment analysis plate name, then tap View.
QC and SQ values are listed for each well. For information on how these values are determined,
see “Sample QC and quality alerts” on page 172.

QC indicates all QC criteria were met. An SQ of >0.75 is a passing result.
If any wells have a
or QC (indicating that a quality alert was triggered), or an SQ of ≤0.74,
