Syntax

— The IP address to be removed from ARP cache.

Example
The following example removes the specified IP address from arp cache.
console#arp purge 192.168.1.10
arp resptime
Use the arp resptime command in Global Configuration mode to configure
the ARP request response timeout. To return the response timeout to the
default value, use the no form of this command.
Syntax
arp resptime

no arp resptime

— IP ARP entry response time out. (Range: 1-10 seconds)
Default Configuration
The default value is 1 second.
