<NR3> is a floating point number that specifies the maximum response time, in
seconds.
Examples
BUS:B1:MIL1553B:RESPONSETI ME:MAXIMUM 15.0E-6 specifies the
maximum response time to a valid command received to be 15.0 microseconds.
BUS:B1:MIL1553B:RESPONSETI ME:MAXIMUM? might return
:BUS:B1:MIL1553B:RESPONSET IME:MAXIMUM 12.000E-6, indicating a
maximum response time of 12 microseconds.
