Arguments
<NR3> isthepercentage(where100%isequal to TOP) used to calculate the high
reference level when the measurement's Ref l evel method is set to Percent.
Examples
MEASUrement:MEAS1:REFLevel s1:PERCent:RISEHigh 95.0 sets the high
reference level of the rising edge is set to 95%.
MEASUrement:MEAS1:REFLevel s1:PERCent:RISEHigh? might return
:MEASUREMENT:MEAS1:REFLEVE LS1:PERCENT:RISEHIGH 90.0 000
indicating the high reference level of the rising edge is set to 90%.

This command sets or queries the percentage (where 100% is equal to TOP and
0% is equal to BASE) used to calculate the low reference level of the risin
gedge
when the measurement's ref level method is set to percent. The measurement
number is specified by x.
