Arguments
<NR3> is the percentage used to calculate the mid reference level of the falling
edge.
Examples
MEASUrement:REFLevels:PERC ent:FALLLow 10 sets the low reference level
to 10%.
MEASUrement:REFLevels:PERC ent:FALLLow? might return
:MEASUREMENT:REFLEVELS:PER CENT:FALLLOW 20.0000 indicating the low
reference level is 20%.
