This command sets or queries whether DDJ is included in the jitter summary for
the measurement. Measurements are specified by x.

Arguments
1 add the DDJ measurement as part of jitter summary.
0 do not add the D DJ measureme nt as part of jitter summary.
Examples
MEASUrement:MEAS4:JITTERS ummary:DDJ 0 specifies that the DDJ
measurement is not part of the jitter summary.
MEASUrement:MEAS4:JITTERS ummary:DDJ? might return
:MEASUREMENT:MEAS4:JITTER SUMMARY:DDJ 1 indicating the DDJ
measurement is part of the jitter summary.
