Arguments
EDGE is a normal
trigger. A trigger event occurs when a signal passes through
a specified voltage level in a specified direction and is controlled by the
TRIGger:A:
EDGE commands.
WIDth specifies that the trigger occurs when a pulse with a specified with is found.
TIMEOut spe
cifies that a trigger occurs when a pulse with the specified timeout
is found.
RUNt specifi
es that a trigger occurs when a pulse with the specified parameters
is found.
WINdow spe
cifies that a trigger occurs when a signal with the specified window
parameters is found.
LOGIc spe
cifies that a t rigger occurs when specified conditions are met and is
controlled by the
TRIGger:{A|B}:LOGIc commands.
SETHold
specifies that a trigger occurs when a signal is found that mee ts the
setup and hold parameters.
Transi
tion
specifies that a t rigger occurs when a specified pulse is found that
meets the transition trigger parameters.
BUS sp
ecifies that a trigger occurs when a signal is found that mee t s the specified
bus s etup paramete rs.
Examples
TRIGGER:A:TYPE EDGE sets the A trigger type to EDGE.
TRIGGER:A:TYPE? might return :TRIGGER:A:TYPE RUNT indicating that the A
trigger type is a runt trigger.
TRIGger:{A|B}:UPPerthreshold:CH<x>
This command sets or queries the spe cified channel upper trigger level. The
CH<x> range is 1 to 8 and depends on the number of analog channels on your
instrument.
