− Before making the CPU transit to STOP mode, ensure that the Flash memory automatic
algorithm has terminated.
Write 0x1ACC to KEY, 0 to DSTM, 0b10
to STM in STB_CTL register together.
Execute WFI instruction or WFE
instruction.
Write 0 SUSPIE in UDCIE register, 1 to
0 to UCEN in UCCR register.
CPU transits to Stop mode.
Write 1 to Init in CTRLR register.
Write 0 to RTCE in PMD_CTL register.
