This register controls the operations of the MMC/eSD.

This bit indicates whether CMD40 has been issued.
If this bit is "0", do not enable the Wait IRQ.
0: Indicates that no CMD40 has been issued or the issuance of the command has been
completed.
1: Indicates that though CMD40 has been issued, the SD card interface is waiting for the
response of CMD40.
