4.24 IRQ076/077/111 Batch Read Register (IRQxxxMON)
The IRQ076MON, IRQ077MON and IRQ111MON Registers can read out at once the interrupts
(interrupts of A/D converter unit 0 to unit 2) assigned to exception no. 92, no. 93 and no. 127 respectively.
