This register indicates the respective statuses of 1ms wait interrupt and 5ms wait interrupt.

1ms Wait Interrupt
This bit (*1) is used when power switching is controlled through hardware (Auto Power
Switching Enable bit in the Power Switching Register = 1).
*1: If the operating frequency is 400 kHz, the 1ms wait interrupt is generated after a 1 ms
wait has ended.
(If the operating frequency is 100 kHz, the 1ms wait interrupt is generated after a 4 ms
wait has ended.)

wait has ended.
(If the operating frequency is 100 kHz, the 1ms wait interrupt is generated after a 20 ms
wait has ended.)
