If the input voltage of the on-board regulator is higher than 5.5 V, the standby pin of the on-board
regulator cannot be directly controlled by the P48/VREGCTL pin.
Execute buffering with an open collector buffer whose voltage resistance is higher than the input voltage
of the on-board regulator.
