[bit0] SFER: SRAM/Flash Error
This bit is used to indicate that the access is executed to an area not mapped in SRAM/Flash memory
area access. At this time, the controller returns an error response to the internal bus and sets this register
at the same time. This bit is cleared by writing 1.
