 Specify the values from the term of largest degree -1 by left justified, padding with "0" for the right
unused section.

The value of the PRGCRC_POLY register is not influenced by the format conversion specifications
(PRGCRC_CFG. FI[1:0] and FO[1:0]) of computing input/output data. The value written to this register is
applied as-is.
Write access to this register is not allowed when CRC computing is performed
(PRGCRC_CFG.LOCK="1").
