Enabling connection compensation
This procedure is for ITMs. For UTMs, you need to enable connection compensation data using the
pulse_conncomp (on page 13-96) function.
To apply the connection compensation data to DUT measurements, you must enable connection
compensation for the test.
To enable connection compensation:
1. Select the test.
2. Select Configure.
3. Select the terminal to be compensated.
4. In the right pane, select Terminal Settings.
5. Select Advanced. The PMU Advanced Settings dialog box is displayed, as shown in the next
figure.

6. To enable connection compensation, select Short Connection and click OK.
7. To disable disable connection compensation, clear Short Connection. When disabled,
connection compensation values are not applied to DUT measurements.
