4210-CVU project example
The following example shows you how to use the 4210-CVU in a project to make a capacitance
measurement.
The example assumes you have a 4210-CVU connected to a test fixture as described in
Typical
4210-CVU test connections to a DUT (on page 4-6).
In this test, you sweep the DC bias from −5 V to 5 V in 0.2 V steps, with a 1 MHz capacitance
measurement made at each step.
Select a project
Select a project:
1. Start Clarius.
2. Do Connection compensation (on page 4-10
) to correct for offset and gain errors caused by the
connections.
3. Choose Select.
4. Select Projects to display the Project Library in the center pane.
5. Search for demo. The Demo Project is displayed, as shown in the next figure.
