Introduction
Power failure transfer (ALUM) is activated (LS only) in the event of a power failure or serious system
errors in OfficeCom/OfficePoint.
The module implements a power failure transfer for four analog terminals. You can only install a
plain old telephone (POT) as a terminal. The signalling method of the connected terminal should
match that of the trunk. Otherwise, dialling is not possible.
The trunks are connected directly to the terminals when the system is deactivated or when an error
occurs. When normal operation is resumed, the switchover shown in the diagram is performed.

The standard cable used is split and connected to the TLA and the
4/8/16SLA board.
