8.10 Configuring Call Management with group call
and call forwarding - no answer
Introduction
Call Management allows you to configure group calls with call forwarding - no answer. In order for
this to be possible, extensions must be assigned to the appropriate group. This group is assigned one
entry each for referencing to a specific index in the call forwarding - no answer table for day service
and night service and for internal traffic. The sequence for call forwarding - no answer is defined in
this table.
Example
During day service, external calls for extension number 450 are first to be signalled at all extensions
in group 350 (extensions 250, 251, 252); after 4 rings, they are to be forwarded to extension 300.
