7.2.14 UCD Subscriber States
Definition
After the agent has logged onto the system, the current status of his UCD terminal appears on the
display. The following states are possible:
Available. UCD calls are signalled to the agent.
Unavailable. The agent has temporarily logged off from his workstation (to take a break, leave
the group).
Wrap-up. The agent signals that he needs wrap-up time for processing a UCD call.
Autom. wrap-up time. Automatic wrap-up time has been configured and is being carried out.
UCD incoming call. The agent is processing a UCD call (even after transfer).
Non-UCD internal call. The agent is engaged in an internal call that was not extended by
means of UCD.
Non-UCD external incoming call. The agent is engaged in an external call that was not
extended by means of UCD.
Non-UCD external outgoing call. The agent is engaged in an outgoing external call that was
not extended by means of UCD.
Removed. The terminal has physically failed.
At the end of his work, the agent can log off, after which he is no longer available.
The agent can be reached by dialling his DID number directly.
