7.12.5 Call Detail Recording At Attendant (CDRA)
Definition
The call detail recording at attendant feature (CDRA) enables the selective recording of call data for
incoming and outgoing calls for which at least one call charge pulse has elapsed.
The call charge details are printed out on the printer if a V24 port has been programmed in the CDB
for CDRA. In the case of a system telephone with display, which has an appropriately programmed
CDRA interrogating key, an additional signal is sent to the extension.
The following data is made available at the end of a call segment:
Internal telephone number or name of the station from where the call was conducted.
Externally dialled telephone number for outgoing connection or telephone number of the
partner for incoming seizure, if available.
Time (beginning of call) in hours, minutes and seconds.
Call duration in hours, minutes and seconds.
Amount due in the local currency.
The entry is made at the end of each call segment and at the end of the call. A maximum of 20 call
segments can be logged at the same time. This data is stored in the system until it is printed out on the
printer and until it has been queried and deleted by the AC using a procedure. In the event of an
overflow, the oldest entry is overwritten. In the event of a power failure, the saved data is deleted.
Signalling on the CDRA interrogation key:
LED continuously on:
New CDRA call charge data is available which has not yet been queried.
LED off:
Either CDRA call charge data which has already been queried once is available or there are no
entries.
Configuring a station as a pay phone (automatic CDRA):
If an internal station is configured as a pay phone, chargeable calls are automatically marked as
CDRA calls. A call which is transferred from the pay phone to another station is logged in the CDRC
or CDRA log depending on the configuration of the destination telephone station.
