12.3.1 Mounting the base station indoors
Scope of delivery
Two screw plugs measuring 6 mm
, two screws measuring 4 mm .
Procedure
Step Action
1.
Drill two holes (6 mm ), 120 mm apart, in the wall where the base station is to be mounted
(Figure 12-2).
2. Screw in screws until there is a distance of about 2 mm between the head of the screw and the
wall.
3. Connect up the BS (see Section 12.3.3).
4. Hang the base station on the heads of the screws.

12.3.2 Mounting the base station outdoors
When mounting the base station outdoors, the outdoor casing must be used.
You should follow the guidelines regarding lightning protection for the mounting medium.
