7.12.7 Project Code
Definition
This feature allows the call charges that belong to a specific project to be assigned to a project code.
This allows call charges to be printed out on a project-specific basis.
A project code can be entered from any extension.
Two project code procedures and three variants are available:
Procedures:
Mandatory project code:
A project code must be entered before the start of a call (after a route is seized). In the case of
incoming calls, entry is optional. The project code is checked as per the variant.
Optional project code:
The project code can be entered from any terminal before the start of a call. During an incoming
or outgoing call, entry is possible from optiset E stations only.
Variants:
Project code not checked (with optional entry only)
The project code is not checked.
Project code list checked (OfficeCom/OfficePro only):
The project code is checked for correctness against a list of verifiable project codes and only
valid entries are accepted.
Number of project code digits checked (OfficeCom/OfficePro only):
A project code entry is checked only for the number of digits.
