Agent status Activating the night service feature does not change the current
status of the individual agents.
System night service UCD night service can be activated independently of the
system night service feature and vice versa. If a call reaches a
UCD group by way of system night service, the call remains in
the UCD group independently of the UCD night service
feature.
Group-specific night service
destination
The group-specific night service destination can be an internal,
external or any other UCD group.
Calls currently being processed Calls that are being processed during activation of the UCD
night service feature remain unaffected.
Configuration options
This feature does not have to be explicitly configured.
Performing Feature Check
Check the feature for error-free functioning as follows:
Step Action
1. Activate UCD night service.
2. Call UCD group.
3. The call is placed with the UCD night extension.
