7.13.12 Completion of Calls to Busy Subscribers (CCBS)
Definition
It is possible to set automatic callback to an external, busy extension. When the extension becomes
free, the CO attempts to set up a connection between the two extensions.

CCBS A callback option to the networked PABXs is generated within networked systems.
7.13.13 Call Hold (CH)
Definition
Using the call hold feature, the user can interrupt an existing call without releasing it. The connection
itself is held in the process. Call hold is important in conjunction with other features such as camp-on,
enquiry, shuttle and three-party conference. The ISDN port on hold receives an indication of the hold
state and retrieval of the call.
