Step Action
1. Call a busy or idle extension in networked PABX.
2. Initiate callback and hang up.
3. When the extension goes into the idle state or when the handset is lifted, the callback is
performed.
7.11.11 Displaying Names / Numbers
Definition
Apart from the extension number, Hicom 150 E Office transmits the name of the calling extension
over CorNet N connections. Likewise, a name - if one exists - is displayed instead of the extension
number for incoming calls.
Both uppercase and lowercase are supported. You can set whether the name or the extension number
is displayed for callers.
