8.28 Configuring TRG groups
Introduction
Traffic restriction groups (TRG groups) regulate which connections between extensions and trunks
are allowed and which are not allowed. In the default configuration, all extensions and trunks are in
TRG group 1.
Six TRG groups for extensions and trunks are available throughout the system.
Example
Ext. 11 is to be in TRG group 1 for day service and TRG group 2 for night service.
Trunk 1 is in TRG group 3
Connections to be allowed from TRG group 1 to groups 1, 2 and 3
Connections to be allowed from TRG group 2 to groups 1 and 2
Connections to be allowed from TRG group 3 to groups 1, 2 and 3
